# Running eCOA Vault Reports

A few system-generated reports are available in eCOA Vault to track study-related information:

* **Study & Site Staff Access Report:** A report detailing the start and end dates of access for study and site staff for the selected study.
* **Site Staff Access Report:** A report detailing the start and end dates of access for a site staff for the selected study.
* **Site Closeout Report:** A report detailing site closeout status and end-of-study media acceptance.

Complete the following steps to generate these reports:

1. In eCOA Vault, access the study.
2. Select the **Reports** tab.
3. Select the report you want to view. 
4. If available, select the filters you want to apply to the report.
5. Select **Continue**.

The report is generated in the tab.
