# Troubleshooting Library Manager

This page includes issues you may experience while working with Library Manager, and Veeva recommendations on how to fix them. 

**The Library Manager tab displays a 404 error page.**

Contact Veeva Services to ensure the tab is enabled.

**The Library Manager tab fails to load.**

Try refreshing the page. If this does not work, your web browser may be blocking third-party cookies. If you are using Chrome Incognito or another private browsing mode, update your browser settings to enable third-party cookies, use non-incognito or non-private browsing mode, or use a different browser.

**I want to access audit trails for library surveys.**

Audit trails are available by request. Please contact Veeva Support with the library survey(s) you are requesting an audit trail for.
