## Exporting Library Contents

### Downloading a Library Snapshot {#library-snapshot}

You can download the list of surveys that are included in your library, along with basic info about the surveys, such as their type, status, status date, time zone, system version, and number of translations available.

To export a report of all surveys in the library, select the More Actions menu (<i class="far fa-ellipsis-h" width="1 rem"></i>) on the table of surveys and select **Download Library Snapshot**. A file is downloaded through your browser.

### Generating a Survey Screenshot Report {#survey-screenshot-report}

Complete the following steps to generate a .ZIP file of survey screenshots:

1. Access the survey version that you want to generate screenshots of. Select the More Actions menu (<i class="far fa-ellipsis-h" width="1 rem"></i>) and select **Generate New**. A Select Screenshot Languages box opens.
    * Only languages with complete translations are available.
2. Select the languages you want to include in the report, and select **Generate**. 
3. When the report is finished running, a banner is displayed indicating that it is done. Select **Download** to download the file to your computer.

4. To download the latest generated report (if available), from the Actions menu (<i class="far fa-ellipsis-h" width="1 rem"></i>), select **Latest Screenshots**.
