# Configuring the Compliance Threshold

You can configure a study compliance threshold in Studio. The compliance threshold sets a benchmark for performance. The default threshold is 80 percent.

Complete the following steps to set a new threshold:

1. Go to the **Exports** tab.
2. Select **Compliance Views**.
3. Enter a whole number between 0 and 100.
4. Select **Set Threshold**.

Lead data managers, data managers, and study builders can edit this value. You cannot change the value when the study is locked.
