Veeva eCOA simplifies the design, management, and completion of surveys for sponsors, sites, and patients. Studio is an extension of the eCOA Vault that provides you with tools to configure and manage study surveys. Sponsors can invite sites to work on the study in Veeva eCOA. Once registered, site staff use Veeva eCOA to manage the following types of surveys:
- Electronic Patient-Reported Outcomes (ePRO): Participant and caregiver surveys completed in the MyVeeva for Patients application.
- Electronic Clinician-Reported Outcomes (eClinRO): Site Staff surveys completed in Veeva eCOA.
eCOA Vault Data Model
Users with the appropriate permissions can complete the following tasks:
- Manage Study, Study Country, and Study Site records in the eCOA Vault.
- Access Studio or Study Home from the Study
- Manage Internal and Site Personnel related to the Study or Study Site. Manage Internal and Site Personnel related to the Study or Study Site. User access to restricted data can be controlled on a per-study or site basis.
- Access Library Manager from the eCOA Vault
