Note: Restricted data is only displayed if you have permission to view it.
The following reports are available in the Reports tab:
- Standard Reports
- Survey Data: This report contains the current data for ePRO and eClinRO surveys. It also includes any scoring associated with a survey.
- Participant Events: This report contains each participant event along with the corresponding entered event datetime.
- Participant Groups: This report shows the current groups each participant is assigned to. The report is only available if the study has groups configured.
- Compliance: This report contains a record for every survey with its related compliance status.
- Data Changes: This report contains all data changes that were made after initial collection.
- Audit Trail Reports
- Audit Trail: This report contains the audit activities, which includes all changes that are made in Studio.
- Criteria Check Reports
- Criteria Check Rule Output: Criteria check rule output reports are named based on the name of the criteria check event, and can be generated separately for each criteria check event. The report will contain data from each time a site user ran the criteria check.
Note: Sponsor/CRO users have limited access to historical data for the Criteria Check Rule Output reports:
- Successful Check Event results generated before the 25R1 release will not be available.
- Unsuccessful Check Event results generated before the 25R2 release will not be available.
- Custom Reports: These report names and contents vary based on how they were configured in Studio.
Viewing a Report
Complete the following steps to view a report:
- Select the report.
- (Optional) Select options from the dropdowns to further narrow what data is included or specific how you want data to be displayed. The selections vary depending on which report you select.
- Select Run Report. The system will run the report in the background, so you do not have to stay on the page. When it is complete, it will be displayed in the Previous Runs section of the report page.
- Select the Download icon to download the report and view it on your device.
Note: When more than one domain is used in a study, the exported Survey Data .CSV file includes the domain as part of the name.
