The compliance dashboard shows compliance summaries and trends. The system processes this data in real-time.

Select one of the following tabs to view data:

  • Study
  • Country
  • Site
  • Participant

Filtering Data

All data is displayed when you first view a compliance tab. You can filter the data by country, site, participant, event, and survey to narrow down the data.

Complete the following steps to apply a filter:

  1. Select any of the filter types at the top of the page. A pane opens.
  2. Select the filters you want to apply to the tab.
  3. Select Apply.

Adjusting the Threshold

The default study compliance threshold is configured in Studio. You can temporarily override this threshold for your session. Select the threshold percentage number and then enter or select the new percentage.

Viewing the Summary

The Summary tracks compliance against the threshold with progress bars. The dashed line on the chart can help you identify what falls above and below the threshold.

When you are tracking multiple entities for countries, sites, and participants, the dashboard displays a scatterplot. The scatterplot indicates compliance percentage on the Y axis and total surveys on the X axis. You can select individual points, or select and drag your mouse over the scatterplot to select multiple. From the tooltip, you can apply a filter, drill down to the next level of the dashboard or zoom in for a better view.

Filter the summary by the following date ranges:

  • All Time
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • Last 90 Days

Select a country name, site name, or participant ID to drill down to the next level in the dashboard.

The Trends section shows how long the trend has lasted. View trends by Week or Month. Trend cards display the trend percentage change from the previous period.

The line chart displays the general threshold compliance. Hover over the line chart markers to view the following details:

  • The time period the marker represents
  • The compliance percentage for the date range
  • The total number of surveys for that period

You can expand the line chart to view the combo chart. The combo chart shows a dashed line to indicate the threshold. The combo chart uses columns to show the total number of surveys.

If you view trends by week, the chart tracks data over the last six months. If you view trends by month, the chart tracks data over the last two years. The latest week/month is the latest week or month that has data.

Sort trends in the following ways:

  • Number of Weeks/Months Below Threshold: This places the countries, sites, or participants with the highest number of continuous weeks below threshold at the top.
  • Latest Week/Month Compliance: This places the countries, sites, or participants with the lowest compliance at the top.
  • Change from Previous Week/Month: This places the countries, sites, or participants with the biggest recent drop in compliance at the top.
